Lussara Subscription & 90-Day Trial Policy
This policy outlines how you can manage, change, or cancel your subscription purchases, as well as the terms for participating in our exclusive 90-day trial.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription at Lussara, you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the monthly subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each of these deliveries automatically.
The 20% Discount Offer & Enrollment
Subscriptions are available for select Lussara products. If chosen, you receive an exclusive 20% OFF discount on your subscription. By opting to accept this 20% discount at checkout, you explicitly agree to be added to our monthly recurring subscription program for those items.
Managing Your Subscription
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have secure links to your order profile where you can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription directly.
Cancellation & Refund Terms
Because of the upfront value provided by the 20% discount, our subscription cancellation and refund rules operate under the following strict conditions:

Canceling Before the Next Billing Date: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before your next scheduled monthly billing date, your subscription will be terminated immediately, and you will not be charged for future months.

Canceling After the First Recurring Charge (Month 2): If you fail to cancel before your first monthly renewal and you are billed for that next month, you may still request to cancel your subscription. However, your payment for that specific month will not be refunded. Your subscription will simply be canceled for all future months. This non-refundable clause is a firm condition of accepting the initial 20% discount offer.

Canceling After Subsequent Charges (Month 3 and Beyond): If you have been actively subscribed and billed for more than your first recurring month, you are eligible for both a subscription cancellation and a refund for your most recent charge, provided you contact us promptly after the charge occurs.
The Lussara 90-Day Trial
We believe in the quality of our products, which is why all orders are eligible for our 90-Day Trial program. This program allows you to use the product for a full 90 days risk-free, provided you follow the trial guidelines.
How the Trial Works:

Request the Trial: The trial is not automatically applied. You must proactively message our customer support team to request enrollment in the 90-Day Trial.

Weekly Progress Updates: Once enrolled, you are required to send us weekly updates documenting your progress and experience using the Lussara products.

Full Refund & Keep the Product: If you complete the full 90 days and have successfully submitted your weekly progress updates, you will receive a full refund for your order amount—and you get to keep the product.
Confidentiality Guarantee:
We respect your privacy. All weekly updates, photos, or personal progress details you share with our team during the trial are strictly confidential. To protect your data, all trial correspondence and updates are permanently deleted from our systems at the end of your 90-day trial period.
